My level of productive-ness on rainy days is right up there with sick days and snow days. It’s just a real pain in the ass, and a half, to get goin’ when it’s soaking wet outside.

All I really want to do is crawl right back into bed, pull the covers over my head, and watch it pour.

But I’m a responsible adult (LOL) so that can’t happen.

And you know what else can’t happen? Skipping a workout on the account of a little precipitation.

I might not make it to the gym, but I WILL get a workout in. And so will you with this super-fast rainy-day workout:

    Hate to sound so dumb,,,but just come across your website & really like this article as well as the I believe it was called “4 minutes to fit” however I was trying to find a “how to” for some of the exercises but haven’t been successful…like how to for burpees, mountain cimb, & others, Help !!!
