If you are a Pilates virgin, your world is about to be rocked. This exercise works wonders; trust me.
Pilates Pumps with knees bent: Lie down with your back flat on the ground, lift knees to a 90-degree angle, lift head off the ground, and pump your arms up and down. Make sure to breathe and squeeeeeeze those ab muscles.
Pilates Pumps with legs straight: Exact same concept, just straighten your legs out to a 45-degree angle. Pump, squeeze and breathe!
