As if pumpkins weren’t already fabulous enough, go ahead and add workout equipment to their list of tricks. Shout out to Little Sister for the inspiration.

All you need is a nice-sized, clean pumpkin and THIS workout. (If you don’t have a pumpkin, a 10-20 lb. dumbbell will work just fine.)

High-Intensity Pumpkin Workout

*Pumpkin lifts: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold pumpkin in both hands down in front of your legs. Lift pumpkin up to chin level, paying close attention to your lower tummy muscles.

Have fun and get creative! Not into pumpkin carving? Create your own pumpkin workout instead. As usual, with fitness, the possibilities are endless.
