As if pumpkins weren’t already fabulous enough, go ahead and add workout equipment to their list of tricks. Shout out to Little Sister for the inspiration.
All you need is a nice-sized, clean pumpkin and THIS workout. (If you don’t have a pumpkin, a 10-20 lb. dumbbell will work just fine.)
*Pumpkin lifts: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold pumpkin in both hands down in front of your legs. Lift pumpkin up to chin level, paying close attention to your lower tummy muscles.
