As most women know, tightening our lower abs is extremely challenging. After thorough research, and trying about 150 different ab exercises (thanks, Pinterest), I finally concocted the perfect ab routine. This series of exercises will sculpt your upper abs, and shred your lower abdominal muscles. Doing this routine every day, before you shower, will give you an incredibly enviable v-cut. Just give it a try; trust me. And remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Don’t give up!
