I am thrilled to share my first client-progress picture with all of you…I am one proud trainer! πŸ™‚

When her training first started, the word “can’t” was a little too prevalent in her vocabulary. It only took two personal training sessions for her confidence to shine through. There’s no more giving up in the middle of a set, and I rarely ever hear “I can’t” anymore.

Client Progress

She signed up for two months of training in hopes of achieving her ideal spring break body. She was not concerned with losing weight, but wanted to focus on her tummy, legs and butt. Check out those abdominal muscles slowly starting to peek through! As you can see, after just two weeks, her core is tightening and she is gaining strength.Β Stay tuned for further progress pics; she is just gettin’ started.

    That’s extremely inspiring. I’ve been following your blog, and I’ve been debating getting in touch with you for personal training sessions. I think this just pushed me over the edge. Keep it up!
