As you all know, my sweet tooth is something serious. It’s a fierce, unruly beast, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Despite my unfailing desire to devour half a cake in one sitting, I do a pretty good job of keeping my sweet tooth under control. I have my tricks. 😉
But there’s just this one thing that has stolen my heart this summer…FroYo. Sweet, creamy, cold, fantabulous froyo.

Yea, I know. It’s old news. I’ve been eating it for years. But I’ve been doing it wrong! No one told me the plain tart was the absolute bomb.freaking com. AND it’s the least caloric. With live cultures and good-for-you probiotics, this stuff is just about sinless (in moderation).
Top off your cup of yo with a tiny scoop of walnuts. Walnuts have tons of health benefits: cancer-fighting properties, heart health benefits, and antioxidants just to name a few. Add a little scoop of almond slivers for extra brain power and other badass body benefits. And don’t forget a scoop of mini dark chocolate chips. Dark chocolate is like a cure-all. Don’t believe me?
