It’s no secret: I love to eat; especially on vacation. But as much as I love to eat, I love to stay fit. Regardless of where life takes me, I always make time for a workout.

BUT..let’s be honest, no one (not even me) wants to spend an hour of their precious vacation time being miserable in a tiny, cramped hotel gym.

For my vacation workout, all you need is your kicks, your headphones + music, a timer, and water. No equipment necessary.

If there’s not enough room in your hotel room to move around, take this workout out to the beach. Soak up that sunshine, sister.

These two circuits, completed twice for a total of four circuits, will give your body the perfect boost. Your legs, booty and tummy will be killer in that bikini!

Run through the legs + booty circuit once, followed by the abs + core circuit; and then repeat.

Don’t forget to hydrate, and ALWAYS wear your sunscreen! Xo
