Last month, I compiled a list of totally doable fitness tips, and it was a huge hit. I loved hearing everyone’s feedback; and I REALLY loved that y’all were actually printing it out and using it.
I feel like just yesterday I was blogging about how to stop the holiday weight gain, in September, before it starts. And for the love of…it’s already November! Hopefully, you’ve all been able to stay on track; but if not, don’t worry. It’s NEVER too late.
Just remember, these next three months will determine how hard you have to work for your spring/summer body. The less damage you do now, the less work you have to do later. Yes, it’s time for baggy sweaters and stretchy leggings, but don’t let that be a reason to slack on your fitness. You deserve to feel good about yourself, so keep up the hard work!
