Am I the only one missing the most pleasant spring Texas has seen in like 100 years? Those 80-degree days were so nice. And they were PERFECT for my outdoor runs.

Then hell July arrived.

And unless I’m up and at ’em at 4:30 a.m. (which WILL NEVER HAPPEN), there ain’t no way I’m running outside, sister. Heat exhaustion in Texas is real. Very, very real.

But unfortunately, running on a treadmill can be just as miserable. Miserably freakin’ boring.

To keep myself occupied, and my ass thoroughly worked, I like a challenging workout to keep my boredom at bay.

I’ve been using the same treadmill-run workout for about a year now (when I’m not running outside), and I still love it as much as I did the first time I tried it.

It’s tough, it’s fast, and it works!

Enjoy, babes:
