Raise your hand if you’ve had it with this crazy weather.

Me too, yo. I’m over it. But then again, it was reeeeeal nice to sleep in this morning.

The number one thing I love about my clients is their dedication. Every single one of them is a certified badass. Even on the shittiest of snow days, they text me for a workout. (Love ya, betches!)

They might not make it to their session, but by God they will fit in a workout.

Since the gym is the last place anyone wants to be on an icy day, I’m sharing the workout I sent to all of my badasses, ahem, clients today.

Depending on your pace, you can get this done in under 30 minutes, with absolutely no equipment. You’ll sweat, you’ll hurt (a little), and you may hate me. But then you’ll love me again; and you’ll be back for more.
