Apparently today is the most depressing day of the year, according to Kathie Lee and Hoda. The holidays are over, you’re back at work, the bills are coming in, and your pants are a teensy bit tighter. Sound familiar? I hope not. It’s a new day, you’re alive, and it’s the start of a brand new week!
Since my annual ski trip is coming up this weekend, I figured I’d share with all of you how I get my body ready to hit the slopes.
This circuit will help prepare your legs and arms for any winter getaway; whether it’s skiing, snowboarding, sledding or snowmobiling. And if you’re more into shopping, hot tubbing, or hot toddy-ing, you’ll be the hottest hot tubber on the mountain. 😉
In addition to being a great pre-ski-vacation circuit, this workout is perfect for traveling. There’s no equipment needed, and you can easily do it in your hotel room…or log cabin.
