This really is my favorite time of the year. I mean, who doesn’t love the holidays? Everyone is like ten times happier, the food is fabulous, and you get to be around all the people you love. B L I S S.
I feel like I talk about this every year, but keeping your body on track during the holidays is important. And y’all, it’s not as hard as you think — Eat smart, make good choices, and don’t overdo it!
